WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our products are checked manually before they are dispatched. 99% of our products leave the warehouse after one to seven working days after the conclusion of the purchase contract. As soon as this has been done, you will receive a confirmation in your email address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The delivery time is individual for each product and is advertised on the product page. Because we have different stocks, the delivery time may vary between different items purchased.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE / SOME - WHY?

We offer a wide range of products. To enable us to do this, the products are temporarily stored in different warehouses. Accordingly, it can happen that items are sent individually. There is of course no surcharge.

CAN DELIVERY BE TRACKED?

Yes, you will receive a link via email as soon as the goods have been dispatched.

CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel or change your order, this is possible if the product has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, if you have already received the shipping confirmation, you can no longer make changes. However, you have the option of returning the goods to us 14 days after receipt. If the goods are unused and undamaged, we will initiate a repayment.
