HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

UNITED STATES AND CANADA: Shipping is free for orders above $ 50.

EUROPE: Shipping costs are $ 8.99.

THE REST OF THE WORLD: $ 15.00.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our products are checked manually before they are dispatched. 99% of our products leave the warehouse after 1-7 working days after the conclusion of the purchase contract. As soon as this has been done, you will receive a confirmation in your email address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The delivery time is individual for each product and is advertised on the product page. Because we have different stocks, the delivery time may vary between different items purchased.

We source our products from several suppliers from the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer unique and stylish products at competitive prices. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, shipping timing can differ. However, the estimated time of arrival is between 9-30 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

For the United States and Canada, shipping time on most of the products takes 4 to 10 working days, while other products can take 15-30 days.

For the rest of the world shipping takes 15 to 30 days.

If more than 30 days have passed please email us at info@schickdiary.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Schick Diary has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and our company has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Please note that Schick Diary is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
